Returns & Exchanges

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@pawcipes.my. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned, including opened or partially used pet food and treats, perishable or refrigerated items, and personalised or custom orders. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
